I was anticipating the pullback setup and entered a long position before any breakout occurred. On the one minute chart the pullback was occurring. My stop was at $18.50. The stock never broke out and it went against me. I didn't abide by my stop because I wanted to be little more patient. However, I paid for it at the end with a huge loss. The stock kept dropping down so eventually I exited my position.
Next time I need to stick to my stop and remind myself that I can always re-enter if the stock changes direction.
