Hey Ben, I don't remember if I've said this before-so don't hit me if I have, but in this kind of situation, it calms me a bit to notice that the bars can't break the prior bar's high. In this case (on the 5 minute) it kept making lower lows until the 7:10 bar. On the 3 minute til 7:06. 1 and 2 minute charts were more choppy
