Review / Lessons Learned

Trade wasn't really clean, had to add emergency lots and recycle a lot, my ultimate risk was the SPY 308 level.
I could have taken it all off in the 17.40's the first time it bounce but I wanted to hold for the bigger move.
I knew Jerome Powell was testifying in front of congress and turns out he said they will stop buying corporate bonds which caused the market to sell off (thats when SPY hit 308 level and bounced from there)

The positive of this trade was that I used self talk to get to full size.
