It comes with repetition. The more times you take these type of plays; the more confident you will get to just let the trade play out.

D, I've said this a bunch of time for other people, but the thing that would have kept me in this trade for at least a part of my position is that on the 5 minute chart, after you entered, this stock made a succession of lower highs on each 5 minute bar until the 3:05 bar. for quick reference that's the bar right before your last exit. So you would have made .55 more on at least part of your trade....and that concept of lower highs probably would have allowed you mentally to get a better price on your first partial as well.
.....just sayin...
