Reason for trade: Followed szaman from BOWS chat.
Entry: Anticipated break of 20MA.
Exit: 1) Got shaken out by dead cat bounce. 2) Exit could have been better. No reason to sell early as stock was still tanking. Traded emotionally by protecting daily profit. Did not trade chart. Waited for a bigger EOD flush.
Improve on: Setting up a clear stop (in this case, previous high), better entry - closer to high, do not chase falling stock.

a stock with a 10 dollar range most likely u need a 50 cent stop minimum maybe larger or u scale in a bit..
but it is common to try 2-3 times before u nail the big home run

Nice short on the dead cat bounce, I did the same thing but no reason to cover on the bounce afterwards just like you said in the comment because your stop loss should be above the last high which was around $16 and it was still making a lower high on that bounce that shook you out.
