Base Breakout-ish?
After yesterday's tank and late day consolidation, I thought this was maybe gonna rebound a little. EMA's were turning up, AND...I DIDN"T CHASE, but waited for a pullback to the 9 EMA with a stop under the 20
A couple bars later woulda been a nice short entry...too bad TOS has no shorts

Again, 20/20 hindsight but if you look at the 30 minute, it was a perfect bear flag.
