Summary

Was looking for a 2nd day push after a sell on first day of good earnings, but it just sold off more of the gap today. Fortunately I played this one tight, and managed to get out green.

Did Right

Was patient on entries, and took exits into pops
Didn't overstay when the stock didn't do what I wanted it to

Did Wrong

Took additional scalps that were not part of my playbook, after I was flat at 9:50am, no good reason to get back in.

Improvements

Avoid taking scalps that are not a part of my playbook; I'm never going to make the kind of money I need by taking random scalp trades; in the long run I lose lots of money on those as they can quickly turn into a monster.

Next Trade Idea

I do think a bounce is coming, probably tomorrow as the gap has been mostly filled, and the earnings really were good. So will be watching for a reversal tomorrow.
