Strengths from today's trading:
We made good use of our premarket time. We went for nice jog, meditated for a few minutes and isolated the stocks that we were looking for.
Weaknesses from today's trading:
3BP is not a pattern that is a part of our arsenal. Choosing to trade a pattern that is not a part of our methodology is a weakness that must be corrected. (We must be more assertive and disciplined in the future. We must say "no" to patterns that aren't part of our arsenal). Until we memorize the full definition of the given pattern, we should generally avoid trading it. Also, attempting to trade every pattern that we see is really dangerous and risky because it doesn't allow us to master a specific pattern. We don't need to be a jack of all trades. We shouldn't be a jack of all trades. We SHOULD find 1 or 2 integral patterns and master those before moving onto other patterns.
How can you improve?
We can improve by saying "no" to patterns that aren't a part of our arsenal, as this is an act of discipline and assertiveness. We can also improve in the future by focusing on the 1 or 2 integral patterns we have selected. Once we master those integral patterns we can move onto more essential patterns and add them to our arsenal.
