It would open below $307 major inflection/support level on daily, established after Mirror acquisition announcement.
Below $307, air-pocket to $295.

Popped to previous day close=$305 at the open, couldn't push higher and started to roll over. Same time market reversed the initial pop higher.

Got short Tier 0, added another half-tier through VWAP, risking $307, expecting gap-fill on daily.

Covered all at $296.
