great patience on the bounce sure but holy fck i missed the trade of the month, one that i prepped for over weekend and one that i was up at 4am and in office by 6am for. Maybe all the added emphasis put too much pressure on me that when i got the signal premkt i froze? Maybe i'm better at reacting in real time vs lots of pre-planning? Either way i let this ruin my mental state and never got back to state of objectiveness. I never got up to get drink or took deep breathes. I let myself spiral and almost craved the anger. Missing premkt fade affected every single other trade today. Today coulda been a 6 figure day, instead I got what i deserved for never getting my mind right after this setback.

I was extra early Monday to get ready for trades on the AZN data. I’m usually in the office a little after 7am unless something big is going on.
