• Price action is holding a new support level following a previous 3 and 8 EMA cross over the 20 MA. Looking for continuation as price action is honoring the 20 MA. Risking less than 1% on this trade.

Reason For Exit:

• Price action flushed out and held below the stop out area. Closed the position in 2 lots for a loss.

Recap:

• The setup was correct and entered the trade in the buy zone. By the EOD price action faded below the buy zone after my entry. Next day the market opened red and price action flushed out below my stop out level. Followed my rules and closed the trade for a loss. Position size was correct so the loss was less than 1% of the portfolio. On to the next one.
