Market Overview + Execution Plan
Entered and rushed to collect a parcel, should not have entered because of its not usual trading hours + no solid confirmation.
Trapped on open like a noob and panic exited like a noob.
Lost 1st trade long and decided to enter short.
Did not hit targets or SL after.
Mistakes
Very impatient today, overtraded too.
Emotions
impatient: bored, ng news day. I should find 1 other instrument to trade on Wednesday's and Thursdays so I'm trading at least 2 things. Then I might have better opportunities and be more patient.
Fixes
take some time to think, always read journal and read trade plan first thing in the morning. update plan to trade more instruments on certain days.
