SPY Trade on Aug 27, 2020 12:01 from spyrosz: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

I was so patient letting doing its thing, keeping back of my mind that r/r is skewed towards short-side. If any good short opportunity appeared, willing to place some risk...

Saw it was showing some trouble pushing through $350s, so when it failed to make a new HOD, put the Double Top, and the Technical reversal pattern on the 15min chart appeared:
-- 15min reversal bar below R1 (shooting star), new bar opened at low and moved lower
-- EMAs@1min chart crossed

got short half Tier I, risking R1=HOD=$350 on the dot, added another half-tier once it broke below VWAP + support=$348.8s and held below, expecting the move towards yesterday's close and green to red.

Played out beautifully as momo picked up, covered in-front of support levels...
However, I thought this thing has roooom if wants to go lower, so tried to be conservative with exits and hold some size.

Reshorted the bounce into VWAP, risking above $349s - a trade I would take again + again + again, expecting a retest of LOD=$346.5s in the afternoon session....

Well, lol tape pushed me into tilt. Couldn't believe that it was about to negate such a bearish 60min candle same day...

Ended up giving a lot $$ back here...

Stays on watch for a fade tomorrow. Hoping for a premarket gap-up.

(-) Lost composure and gave a good chunk of $$ back doing silly things as this thing really tested my patience....
