Found this on the pre-market movers list this morning, so was watching for PR/Earnings Breakout. ORB, so should have bought when price passed $265.50, at the top of the first bar of the day. Missed that, so bought when it dipped down near that bar again. Placed stop at $263.30, below MAs. Switched to a 2-min chart (I really just don't like 5-min, can't see anything), and I think it's just dipping back to the MAs temporarily. I was wrong and stopped out. Is this wrong because it's not an ORB, because the first candle is green, not red? If so, I think it's still going to eventually break my trendline drawn below (it just did as I was typing, actually), and I just played it wrong because I thought it was an ORB and did not wait for an entry like I should when it goes up and then consolidates... right?
