Play: Flag

Nice looking flag with a strong opening drive, pb where it could have flushed but it held. If it was going to go right from the pb, I would have waited for HOD and a consolidation but it made a higher low and consolidated which gave the perfect opportunity. Had to take it and sold partial into HOD as it was resistance and a bit higher when it broke and was struggling. I was quicker on this as lately, I haven't been able to get out most of my shares and get stopped out on 3/4th of it so this time, went in with the mentality to sell more shares faster. Once again, got stopped on the 1/3 left a bit lower as my stop loss wasn't executed.
Frustrating as it started flushing so had to get out as it is heavily shorted and didn't break out with conviction so i was thinking failed break but it just made another higher low and went.

Reasons to sell: HOD, buy price

Thanks Chris and I completely agree with you on that.Normally I would have been more patient but in this market, I have had a very hard time to get into a stock that runs smoothly and after reviewing my trades, if I were to take the base hits, I would be better off than how I am doing now. But this process is just for now, and definitely not how I like to trade either. I have gone more into a scalper type.
The bigger mistake on this trade was not to get in when I got stopped out and made a higher low and broke out..This stock gave about 3-4 entries..very frustrated that I missed them!
