Bought long at top of first candle when it went red to green, stop few cents below. Could have had better fill by using limit order. This was only moving pennies, but nothing else I was watching was moving, and this was good practice (I planned to bail on this if anything else moved, which is one of my Reasons to Sell). Sold third into spike, moved stop to buy price. Price was staying above 9EMA, so moved stop to under 9EMA. Sold another third into spike. Stopped out of last third.

OK, I had not seen it test the 9EMA yet, so I shouldn't have concluded it would stay firmly above it. I should have left my stop at the buy price, and then I wouldn't have gotten shaken out. I left a lot of money on the table - not just pennies!
