ThinkorSwim announces: Eagle Pharmaceuticals (EGRX) shares surged nearly 26% in trading Wednesday, hitting a new all-time high, after beating Wall Street expectations for its Q4.

Setup - 2nd day Earnings Report Breakout with a big momentum
possible intraday setup: Red-To-Green

Daily - EGRX has been testing the $20 level for month and a half and only last week it started breaking out of its range most likely in regards to the quarterly report yesterday morning.
It had a huge volume and a price move up on a previous day and most importantly it ended very strong, at the high of day (HOD). The idea here was that since it finished strong, if it opens below the previous day's close price at $37, and starts going up, it may be an explosive R/G runner. These kinds of stocks are also good short set ups later in the day, after a big run. But remember MB rule - NEVER short a strong stock in the morning session.

Intraday - Completely missed the big R/G run. Shame on me! I just got stuck with other stocks and forgot about this one. It ended up reaching HOD of $40.90, that would have been a nice >$3 gain. Well, anyway, I got in on the short side later in the day when szaman called in the chat room on the short set up. It was forming a bear flag which I was able to scale out and make nice profit.
