Agree with Mirko as well. However, I tend to have better success shorting after 11:30AM when a stock is strong like this through the AM session. I've seen them many times have this kind of final push before lunch and then get exhausted.
What is the name of the setup that you were trying to short here? I know many enter based on a thesis from the daily chart, or some other idea, but when I'm struggling I have to go back to the basics. From the daily chart, what do I plan to do with the stock in the big picture, then in the intraday .. where will I enter the stock (based on a named intraday setup from BOWS classes) to accomplish the objectives setup by the daily chart.
Basically, when struggling, I try to cut back to exactly what was in class. This produces far fewer opportunities in a day, but really, REALLY good ones.

I don't see anything wrong with the idea and this short. You had a decent entry on the first short but your stop should have been above the last high which is around $62.5. So you could have took some partial on that flush and got stopped out on the rest at breakeven point.
