SQ did not have news but it was gapping higher above a daily resistance. Was in a daily squeeze and had buyers and holding most of the PM high until just before open. When it opened it dipped and climbed back to above PM high and above VWAP with volume. I waited for a retest of the PM and VWAP area. When it looked like it bounced off VWAP, I entered on the next candle. I failed to notice there was no volume here. I exited as it started to dip below VWAP/PM high and when it reclaimed on a little volume spike I entered again. It still could not hold and I exited.

This trade set up as I was wanting it to. Ideally I would have liked news with this trade. I like the push through VWAP and a retest. I need to make sure I am watching and olny entering when there is volume. I like that I cut my losers quick. This was a losing trade but I feel good about how I traded this. Escaped with a small loss.
