I was short bias on this one all morning and wanted to catch the trend. When it failed to get above 2.65 on the third tap, I tried to get in short but missed the entry. Waited for it to put in a dead cat bounce. At that point, it almost looked like a long but when it failed to break out, I got in short. Since i've been getting stopped out at buy price every time, I took off most of it on my first sell and that is when it grinded all day long without coming back to my entry so I tried to scale out the last few shares and be disciplined by holding it all day. I tried adding around 2.25 on that second dead cat bounce but didn't get filled.Mid-day, I covered as it looked like it was going to bounce so i covered partial to decrease risk. Should have been more patient and waited to see if it was another dead cat bounce.
Then, a negative SA article came out so i was looking to add to my position again as it was holding the 2.2 line all afternoon.Once it started to break down again, I got short but stalled so took small off as I still had a good average and then sold in the flush which happened 5mn before close lol.
Reasons to sell: flush, extended, went red, LOD, bounce, flush
