trying to stay patient and fighting the FOMO is a daily battle for me my friend. Its tough. Have to get into right (objective) mindset on how far move can go. Also need to be ok with missing a trade if doesnt extend enough or doesnt check most of the boxes for good setups.
Sometimes putting on a tiny tiny position can quell some of that anxiousness.
