Usually a handful of names on watch based on daily chart setups, then whatever names are up/down premkt mkt on volume likely bc of some fundemental catalyst, and then whatever pops up on my intraday screeners/filters. In sum, i m just looking for names that are moving the most on big volume.

Nice I pretty much do the same, I have a list of high beta i trade regularly then if anything has a strong close the night before ill watch that too. then intraday ill use a relative volume scan and see what comes up but usually don't trade those. Btw I'm in a little gm with a couple other traders that post on tradervue as well. We mostly share our ideas and process as well as ask for some feedback or other perspectives on trades. Anyways if your looking to bounce some ideas around or just bullshit on slow days I can send you an invite, if not best of luck to you.
I appreciate that Btat. Right now I'm so deep into a slump i've tried eliminating all outside noise so i can focus on my process to turn things around but maybe in the future. How can i reach you?
