tried to anticipate a quick pullback after the gap up however my enrty was wrong. should of got out once the pb failed. I need to be more patient and let the setup play out.

Nice patience and glad it worked out for you. One thing I have noticed though is that if you trade a set up and it takes too long to work, you might be playing with fire. Nothing hard and fast and believe me I'm no expert. Just something I noticed when I do it.

I agree with pstark, if it doesn't play out fairly soon, then you may want to reconsider the trade. Glad it worked out though
