Stock ramped into resistance on the 30 minute short showed weakness at the open made my entry and should of held into my target @ 2.10.

Another idea would've been to cover a bit from your original entry and then reshort the first pop. That way you keep a decent average, you booked some profit, and you still have your desired position size with your original target.
