R2B: I like this play. The price hits a new low or undercuts a low and the next day reverses higher-- bear trap. The price action then forms a higher low. In this case, starting to hug the 10MA. Finding an entry close to the MA with stops below the base is worth a shot. In this case, I'm hoping that I can sell most of my position for a gain before earnings and hold a small piece to see how it goes. I got really lucky with my entry on a day when the markets were weak and SHAK was falling on no news and light volume.
R2S: Sold 50% today. The stock had trouble around 48 yesterday and has been going south. Does someone know something prior to earnings? Will find out soon...
R2S: Closed the position before earnings release.
