BBBY Trade on Oct 15, 2020 10:01 from spyrosz: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

On main watch for continuation/extention higher (Day II) after yesterday's (Day I) breaking news +8% gap-up. On Day I, it held the gap pretty well, closing near highs=$24s.

People start to notice the name and the huge (>50% short) float it haS. Squeeze mode on.
R1=Day I HOD=$24, R2=major inflection level=$24.5, opens door to the daily gap/window up to R3=$26.5.

BBBY opened close to S1=Day I LOD=$23 at the open, and quickly rallied higher ON VOLUME, squeezing past R1=Day I HOD=$24 and testing R2=$24.5. The seller at R1 managed to hold it down all-day long yesterday, but today was a different story.

Waited patiently for the pullback and retest of R1,

got long Tier 0, risking $23.6s, added Tier I on the hard bounce from the 9EMA@15min chart, expecting this thing to really get going and retest R2=$24.5 at a minimum.

Decided to tighten stop to $23.78, after it proved it can hold above $23.8 twice.
Bad move, got stopped on the bottom of the pullback.

However, when I saw volume coming in and BBBY reclaimed VWAP, I was very quick to:

get long the previous size, risking bottom of pullback $23.75s, expecting the retest of R2=HOD=$24.5.

Trade played out quickly, and trimmed some in-front of R2. Fat finger mistake and I got 100% out of the trade (and most of th swing size from $22!!) in-front of R2.
Consolidated below R2 for 1.5hr, finally broke higher to close at HOD=$25, into the daily gap. R3=$26.5 coming quick and soon here.

What a shame. This could have been a high PnL trade.
