Stock ran on earnings, put in a high, pb and tried to break out but didn't. When it made a higher low, it looked ready to go on another run. Got in when it volume came in and sold partial in run up and then was a failed break out. Got stopped at buy price.

Reasons to sell:spike, decrease risk if failed break out
