lololol. Its comical how fucking bad I am at trading right now. I will journal this trade extensively but whats embarrassing is how pissed i got after covering and missing the move. First off, what did I miss? NOTHING. This thing came from $20 and is likely going back to at least the $40s. Losing the big picture is one thing and there are many reasons for this including PTSD from the last few weeks, but getting so pissed and missing a secondary entry is borderline inexcusable. THERE ARE ALWAYS SECONDARY ENTRIES ON BLOW-OFF TOPS. How can I be mad in the first place? Who the fuck do i think i am getting pissed for missing this trade? That means i had expectations of nailing the trade and/or making big PnL. How fucking arrogant given how god awful i'm trading right now. Its time to get over myself and my ego - fucking move on so I can dig myself out of this soul crushing slump. Man the fuck up. Come in with 0 expectations. Free myself from all this fucking mental baggage I'm carrying. Its time to let go just like i did in Feb before going on the best run of my career. FOCUS ONLY ON MY PROCESS AND MY RULES. There is nothing else. PnL needs to mean nothing. I'm so bad right now expect to be red every day, but if i follow my process those will be great trading days. That's the only way i get out of this. I've done it before.

thank you very much for those kind works Aaron. And also thank you very much for your suggestion. I completely agree that my psychology is so completely off and the root of all my problems. Its something i m trying to actively address right now. I've even begun re-reading Trading in the Zone.
This weekend i will got back to that NFLX trade and try to see what changed for me.

You are an amazing person and trader. i noticed your trading psychology changed after your big loss in NFLX on Jul 10, 2020. bc you used to averaging down a lot or did not exit your losing trades sooner. hope it helps.
