Playbook: What a move! Three days ago, Goldman upgraded them with a price target of 50$ and now they are coming around the corner with a secondary offering! I laughed...really. SO - price is rumored to be around 38$ and we spiked there premarket already. Some overnight shorts. I expect Goldman on the bid the entire day. 38$ will be key support/42.50$ first resistance on the daily. Waiting for a red/green move on the open.

What! A! PLAY!! This was so obvious! Washout premarket to secondary offering price. Social media all over the place waiting to short this POS, but suddenly: Goldman!!

Initial entry was a tad sloppy, because I tried to play the ORB but 41.00s were supported by a 100share iceberg, so guess who it was^^ I immediately doubled my position anticipating a red/green.

Volume did not kick in on the r/g and around 41.48s I though they had lost it. Bids really got hammered, but they came back every time. After that, it seemed like the algo was working off of .20$ intervals, because the .40s held before they pushed to the .80s, then it dropped to the .60s, which got bought again into 42.00s and it dropped back to the .80s and so on. So I bought alonside the algo and trucked ahead.

On the drop from 42.30 to 42.00, the book acted a little weird. 42.00 didn't get bought as instantly as during the other occasions and it dropped below, where natural bids would push it back up. So I though, they maybe completed the task and closed the trade for 8R!
