Nailed the little

f@cker
.
Day I: Earnings release and -10% gap down, trapping all longs who paid > $48 after previous earnings gap. Traded in a range the whole session, digesting the big move down.
Day I HOD=$48.7, Day I LOD=$47.75.
Day II: Institutional selling begins. Break and hold below S1=Day I LOD=$47.75 is the trigger, and opens door to S2=$47, then S3=$46 (major long-term asc. trendline).

Already below Day I range premarket, having tested and rejected Day I LOD=$47.75.
Plan was to get "short" at the morning pop towards yesterday's close=$48.2 (put offers on the way up), add size through the break of VWAP, opening print and premarket low=$47.5, for the momo move towards S2=$47, and ultimately S3=$46.

Well, opened below $48 and quickly moved lower. I was super quick to identify the weak tape and the bloddbath on T+S,

got long Tier 0 once it broke S1=Day I LOD=$47.75, risking above $48. Added Tier I when I realized that VWAP acted as resistance holding it down against premarket low=$47.5. Momo add when it cleared premarket low and held below, expecting the move to S2=$47 at a minimum.

Covered small $47.2, but then decided to reload the size as tape remained very heavy, and got market alignment, with overall market turning south. That gave me confidence and I added two momo tiers for the flush to S2=$47, risking tight stop above $47.4s for the new adds.

Covered bulk in-front of S2, held approx. 25% of size for the next leg down which came quickly. Covered more at $46.6 and $46.3s.

Kept small size as swing. Target $45.

Got killed on AMD earnings premarket, and I covered some at the flush to $46.
At the open, it tried to reclaim yesterday's low=$46.25, got rejected and rolled over.
Covered more at $45.5, wanting to cover rest at $45.
Covered more when it "Double Bottom-ed" at LOD=$45.4.

Tried to take out LOD and move lower in the afternoon session, so

I got short after it lost LOD=$45.4 and held below, risking very tight stop $45.6, thinking it would flush right to $45 at the close, for a "sell-off into the close" play.

Buyers defended the level, and I took the quick small loss.
Closed everything after the "triple bottom" at LOD.
