Some good entries and some bad entries.

Really pleased that ive shaken the habit of adding size at the bottom of the market. You can see the exits around 61 level circa 12:30 - 13:00, some of which were wish orders. Must try to implement these more, as you can from the 12:44 exit, price action immediately rebounded back up to R at 61.37, which is around 57 cents.

Pleased with the entry on the bear flag coming into 60.56, could have been a bit more patient there with a risk just above that R at 60.56.

Good covers along the way. Minor improvements to patience to make on some entries, but difficult to identify too much to improve on there.

I dont know why I didnt chase another entry into the 58.50s bounce toward 60 but Im glad I didnt.
