This was an absolute fluke.
I shorted on a bounce off the 9ema on the 15min chart as it broke the trendline.
As the price started to climb I thought I had made a bad decision. I altered the stop to reverse the trade but in fact it reversed the order instead and turned my order from a but stop to a sell at market order which double me up.
When I realised what happened the price had dropped a few cents to I put in a new stop just above the high of the move.
And then the price went down!!
Oh well, sometimes things do work out in your favour, so I just played the trade as if nothing untoward had happened.
Turned into a nice profit.
