QQQ Trade on Oct 30, 2020 10:10 from spyrosz: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

Main idea of the day, as 2/3 big tech (AAPL, FB, GOOGL) that reported the day before was down significantly, and QQQs were not so sold as the rest of the indeces.
There was a lot of room for a fade towards $266.5-270 area.

Premarket plan was to see if it would reject price at R1=premarket high=$274.7, and roll-over below S1=major pivot support the last 2-days=$272.5, for the move to S2=premarket low=$270.5 and S3=$266.5.

Tried to take out R1=premarket high=$274.7 at the open, rejected price and rolled-over, breaking below the asc. support trendline (established at premarket session) exactly per premarket plan.

(-) Hesitated to take that 1st entry. Unacceptable. I should have shorted Tier 0, risking tight stop above R1=HOD the moment it rejected price and lost VWAP.
- Played out exactly per premarket plan.
- Weak tape providing confidence to the short
- AAPL leading and showing the way to lower prices.

Lost S1=major pivot support the last 2-days=$272.5, held below and rejected it twice,

Got short half-Tier I, risking above VWAP $273.5s, added full Tier I once it looked ready to resolve the bear flag and take out LOD, expecting the move to S2=$270.5.

Covered small in-front of S2 and held size for lower prices as tape remained very heavy.
Covered more at the move to $268s, and when it wicked through LOD in the afternoon.
