The least extended of the indeces about to open above R1=major short-term resistance level=$161.5, and below R2=major long-term daily resistance level=$163.5-164.
Break and hold above R2=$164 opens the road for a retest of R3=long-term desc. resist. trendline (from ATHs @08/2018).

It was gapping higher premarket above R1=short-term resist. trendline (from recent highs)=previous two days HOD=$161.5, having put a premarket high=$162.5.
Plan was to get "long" if it managed to clear and hold above premarket high, for the rally towards R2=$163.5-164 area. Then, re-evaluate.

Strong opening drive at the bell above premarket high=$162.5. As it held above,

got long Tier 0, risking below R1=$161.5, expecting the push to R2=$163.5-164.

Sold small in-front of $163.5 and sat tight to watch price. IWM remained very strong, started holding above $163.5, and then pushed and broke thru R2=$164 for the first time since March sell-off.

Sold more into the extention towards $165.

(-) Missed the add at the pullback to R2=$164 + VWAP, retested the level to the penny, and bounced hard making new highs....

Sold more closer to $165.5, held 40% of size as a swing:
- green on the name
- less than 50% of original size
- great close at HOD
- potential for a move to high $166s

Tried to buy the pullback towards $164 (previous major daily resistance level), thinking it would reverse and push towards high 166s, but this thing remained so weak all-day-long.
At the end I had to give up, close the swing for a small profit, and the day-trade at b/e.
