ACB Trade on Nov 6, 2020 09:32 from Beghilhorst: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

I was fed up with the red week and decided to take a more momentum based approach. ACB was soaring since yesterday and I made a flurry of trades on this one. The first trade was a good move up, after that it consolidated and I should have made rangebound trades instead of breakout attempts.

After a big flush in which I held (yes, I broke a rule there) the stock crawled back up and broke HOD to get into a parabolic move. I made a bunch of trades with adds and picked the end of the move quite well.

Total profit for today was over 12R, although I did violate my risk level during the consolidation. So lots of stuff to work on, but the net result was very nice.

It seems like you overtraded here. There was also a case of chase and FOMO and fear (In and Out). What's your plan on these entries?

My game plan for the day was to keep it to small scalps. The whole week was bad, trying to go for longer moves on bigger stocks.

The first trades on ACB and NIO were similar and were good trades, after that I tried to trade breakouts in ACB as it consolidated for quite a while. That was really bad and I should have gone for dip trades. As it broke out and went parabolic, I was able to capture a lot of the move. Constantly adding and taking profit on new breakouts.

So yes there was overtrading in the consolidation and I definitely broke a few of my rules before I went green on the day.

Overall a weird session because this was the most money I made yet I also broke the most rules. Lots of stuff to think about. Keep the good stuff and scrap the bad stuff.

Got be very careful as you broke your rule and make money. Could be a quick way to lose a lot of money too. Still, congratz on the trade
