I went long 2000 shares at 2.90 as it popped above the 9 EMA. I chased my entry. I was watching the rounding price action thinking about entering on a higher low. Instead, I got a bit to excited as it broke above the 9 EMA, thinking that it would go on a run. A pure FOMO trade. I ended up getting stopped out at 2.84. In hindsight I probably could have kept a looser stop and potentially added as it did end up making higher lows and breaking above the VWAP for a hot second. I also had way to large of a position considering I was chasing. However, I should have passed on this stock as there wasn't a set-up and this was scenario I hadn't covered in my plan.
