Trading Strategy
• If this look to fail at 40 start looking to build a long into 39,
• If 40 holds look for an SMA support play as close to that level as possible
• Pm high as support if this breaks the PM high with strength
Reading the Tape
I do not believe that there was much on the tape entering the first set up off the PM low. However, I seemed clear on the tape when this stalled just above the 38.50 which was matching a opening pull back a couple of days earlier.
Trade Management
This was mainly a tape read. But, I had also watched this level at the open a couple of days ago and felt this would be a good spot to start small with some intention to add into the level that I have at 38. I needed to reload this when it gave me the same entry.
