Another biotech spiking. I actually like the price action however, otherwise I wouldn't touch it. It spiked from 6$ to 8.65$ premarket, came back down and is now consolidating right around previous resistance at 6.50$. Short sellers missed the price spike and it gaped above resistance. Could be an ORB candidate.

Tried to get an entry close to previous days high. Missed the ORB, but I wanted to have a position, so I clicked in with a wide stop. As soon as I saw the bids holding above .50s I doubled up and tightened my stop. I scaled back a little in front of size on the offer, but doubled up into momentum again.

After scaling out into the rips, it hovered around 7.20$ for a while with stops growing below. It triggered the stops and flushed on size, but 7.00$ bids were refreshing pretty quickly, so I added again.

Book went pretty wild after that whith some nice oldschool pushing from the market maker. 250k shares were on the offer, but the guy bought everything in front of him and pulled the offer afterwards. Stock rallied nicely to 7.30$ for a breakout but flushed hard.

I had other positions to babysit and didn't pay attention to the book. I just saw the flush on the chart and closed...before it went to 7.80$
