Breakout above secondary offering price. I really have to research this trade more in depht, as there is serious edge and money on the table.
Note to self:
As far as the exit is concerned, watch the tape for big size trades. This is the underwriter selling and it means, the ride is over, so GTFO. I tried to make a trend play out of it and failed. So get in on the break, ride it, don't scale out. As soon as size hits the tape, close the entire position.
