Technicals:

Going down and up with the rest of the EV sector, but with purportedly weaker action than NIO or XPEV. Down overall on the daily, but considering NIO's earnings today it's always good to remain cautious.

Summation:

Winner turned loser. Started with 5 shares a little under the $35 line, got ready to add on the way down, lost the nerve and watched it plummet. Waited for covers and added 20 at the 34.10s after the flush into the 33.40s. Ended up screwing up my average and waiting for more fails, but no such thing. Told myself multiple times that I "did not like this" price action but stayed in until the stop at R/G.

I had figured that the move I saw wasn't going to go any farther and to just take the five bucks and run, but overstayed and ate a loss. Kept seeing it come back down and fail vs the R/G level but never any new lows. The time to leave was obvious.

Takeaways:

-Much like how intuition tells you to enter, if it tells you to get out, then get out. Absolutely no reason to overstay. If you missed the move, you missed it. Too bad. Take it and reset for another shot another day.

-Stop strolling from ideas you've already put the work in. Sometimes it might feel like I'm watching another version of my self bang his head against a wall. Don't take what you hadn't planned for, and don't ignore what you have. Stick to the work you've put in.
