First trade back in awhile. This recent period of taking time off trading is an interesting one for me. Specific trade notes will be further below but these are my raw thoughts on this period:

Took about two weeks off trading from late October to early November. Interesting period of time for me. Stopped exercise routine, mentally struggled, sleep schedule was off, not taking care of relationships. I figured I needed to get my life back on track and ignore trading for a little bit. During the time I wasn't trading and studying trading, I felt lazy, like without trading my life didn't have a purpose. However, I wasn't itching to get back, I didn't miss it that much at all. It's healthy for traders to have a life outside of trading, and before this break, I feel like I didn't have that balance. But as trading comes back to be a part of my routine, I'm not as sure as I was that I love it. It doesn't fascinate me the same way it used to. But I want to love it. I think I'll make it part of my routine again, with more balance for other things as well. If it feels forced, and I don't enjoy it, I still don't want to give it up, I don't want to believe that's an option. I'll slowly get back into it.

This specific trade was a dip buy, entering near previous LOD. I had a 4:1 RR and got out quickly when my level broke. Not a strong setup for entry. This was more about getting warmed up, used to setting orders and trying to think quickly/having a sharp mind for exits.
