PLUG was in play following a strong move up the past few days. Clean energy names have been rallying strongly following Biden's election win.
I tend to enter on a dip, calling a reversal. This entry was different for me. I got in on a HOD break with volume. 4:1 RR was fantastic, the entry price and SL made sense. Got out at my PT, which was set at a psychological level. Got in when momentum took off and got out when it died down. Position sizing was low. I'm trading shares to get back into the swing of things. However, I should still be mindful of sizing up on good opportunities, not to make more $, but because that's a mindset I'll need in the future.
Lesson Learned: It's better to have a mental stop than to get wicked out by quick moves down. Be mindful of position sizing.
