Earnings Release:
- EPS and rev. beat, rev. +18% Y/Y
- Subscription revenue was up 21% Y/Y to $968.5M vs. the $951.5M consensus.
- Professional services sales dropped 2% on the year to $137.4M, above the $136.3M consensus.
- FY subscription revenue outlook revised from $3.73-3.74B to $3.77-3.78B.
- +30% YTD, 4.5% short float, 70% inst. holding.

Not on watch. I wasn't even aware that it reported yesterday.
"Possible Close at LOD" scanner pick it up. Earnings #s looked decent, but there were fears of "slowing growth"..ok. This thing got hammered from $246 to $222 premarket, and at the open dropped another $8 all the way to S1=$214. Break and hold below S1, next important daily support at S2=$210.

Since I had no premarket plan on the name nor I was 100% sure if the -7% intraday was reasonable, I sat tight and waited for a clear signal to understand if S2=$210 was in-play.

Put a lower high after the initial bounce from S1, and quickly rolled over back below VWAP to re-test the support level. Held again, bounced to VWAP but this time got rejected to the penny. Obvious "Bear. Bias - Hold. Resist. + DTSB" pattern,

got short Tier 0 in-front of VWAP, risking the lower high $218, added more at the failed attempt to clear the m.average which resulted in an ungly wick, added two momo tiers during the flat-line consolidation in-front of S1=$214 with tape screamed weakness, tightening stop above the latest lower high below VWAP $216, as it became obvious that it was heading for a retest of LOD=$212.5 at a minimum.

Covered small in-front of LOD, all-out once it broke the desc. trendline.

(-) "Sell-off into the close" pattern formed in the afternoon with two failed attempts to push to VWAP (couldn't even make it to the m. average), but didn't take it even though I was in-front of the screens.
