• Daily Chart: Uptrend, pullback below recent highs.

Reason For Entry:

• Playing the Daily chart, Put Credit Spread. This was a signal from @OmegaOptionsTrading. The intention was to take advantage of the panic pullback as vaccines are proving effective with respect to the Covid-19. We opened a Put Credit Spread at the lower Bollinger Band area and selected a profit level well below current price action at a key support level. Betting that price action will stay above $380 before expiration in a few days.

Reason For Exit:

• Price action made a move higher and closed the position 1 day before expiration to take lock in the profit of $334.

Recap:

• This was a signal from @OmegaOptionsTrading. The intention was to take advantage of the panic pullback as vaccines are proving effective with respect to the Covid-19. It was believed that price action would rebound from our entry point and were betting that price action would stay above the $380 by expiration in a few days. A couple of days after our entry, price action made a move higher and closed the trade to lock in profits of $334 one day before expiration. This was a nice high probable trade overall.
