With all of the COVID-19 news and another surge for the winter time, TWLO has a strong catalyst for being an important player in the current market (contact tracing). Was in a weekly/daily/1hr squeeze at the end of last week and I thought with news this could really accelerate or if there were any new lockdowns announced. Held the cloud all week and saw volume picking up towards the end of last week alongside intraday squeezes. 16 pt ATR and we could see the next key zone with high volume on $310s.

Plan was to actually dip buy this at the demand zone right where we bounced off of ($293.88) which was also LOD. Missed this move and waited for it to consolidate and when it was getting tight in the wedge, I noticed buying momentum pick up right before the break. Smaller timeframe squeezes showed it fired alongside the wedge break, so I scaled out but ended up locking 75% of this at the top. Was thinking about swinging this, but with it's price action and overnight patterns of not typically gapping up. Decided to secure all of the gains today and re-play it again tomorrow if it showed some strength. XLK was pinned down today (-0.02%) with a lot of rotation into XLK (+7%) and /ES chopping around POC in the middle of the zone.
