PLTR Trade on Nov 24, 2020 14:14 from yoosh: Tradervue User Stock Trades.

I don't know what I was doing here. Obviously FOMO move. I chased the strength and then bought the top. I do this a lot!

I tried to buy a 5 min and 1 min breakout, however there was a clear exit indicator. If I do not see immediate resolution, I should exit the trade. The other thing I should have looked at was the volume. After it failed to break out, there was more volume on the red candles vs the green candles.

That's rough, what made you think it was a buy on your first purchase at 24.420

The first trade at $23.420 was essentially me chasing into strength. I had seen it reclaim vwap, and it had a really nice curl up between 2:11pm and 2:14pm, and thought it would be able to continue that for a a little squeeze for 20 - 30 cents. I really should have waiting for some sort of pullback though. My second indicator to get out would have been the quintuple top between 2:14pm and 2:21pm.
