On main watch along with NFLX and FB. NFLX and FB went fast and furious at open.
(-) I was slow and missed both. Ouch but it happens!.
(-) Then I was hesitant and missed the 2ndary entries in both of them, as they were consolidating at R1. Tragic, unacceptable.

QCOM took its time so I got involved.

1-month tight consolidation after Power Earnings Gap-up was needed for the 9SMA+20SMA@daily, 9SMA@weekly to play catch up with current price. Yesterday held bottom of range and perked up. Today it was about to open below R1=$149. Break above R1 opens road to R2=ATHs=$153.3.

Got rejected at R1 at open, rolled-over, held S1=premarket low=$147.75 and bounced hard.

Got long Tier 0 in anticipation of the break thru R1=$149, risking S1=premarket low=LOD=$147.75, wanting to add thru the actual break of R1 for the push to R2=ATHs=$153.3.

Explosive move thru R1 on big volume increase, no pullback, no retest of R1 whatsoever, so I didn't add. Sold small at $151, held rest.

Did a pullback to VWAP and asc. 9EMA@15min which held support, and provided the necessary higher low to add some and risk vs that pivot.

Added half tier once it held VWAP and moved higher, risking the higher low, expecting a retest of HOD=$151.5 at a minimum.

Sold some at the extention to new highs and trimmed small once it broke the intraday asc. trendline. Held rest as a swing with target R2=ATHs=$153.3.

Closed it as it was trending lower despite never actually triggering my stop at $149.5s.

At least, I ought to DO THE REQUIRED MINIMUM in order not to miss these moves when they trigger. Must have placed alerts at R1=$151.3 and R2=$152.5s.
