Market Trend: At 10W MA and above 30W MA
Ind/Sector: SOCL sitting above 10W and 30W MA
Price: RS @ 87 with resistance around 60-- 20% above buy point
Volume: Up/Dn ratio @ 1.9. Acc/Dist rating @ B. 84% above average volume on breakout
Techie:
1. Cup n Handle in stage 1 base-- 24 weeks in length; 38% depth of cup and 10% handle
2. Pivot breakout at 50.11
3. A reversal candle yesterday undercutting the 10MA-- for entry purposes
4. Broken out of the downtrend line
5. Price clearly sitting above 30W MA
Fundie:
1. # of fund owners has grown 82% from Mar/14 - Dec/14
2. Composite rating of 70.
3. Triple digit EPS and Sales growth, EPS rating 51.

R2S: I'm reducing my exposure by 50%. TWTR is the only stock that doesn't have the best fundies. While I say that it got an upgrade today. With overall market weakness, I cut some size, hoping to buy some once the market is on a better footing.

R2S: Earnings was supposed to be AMC, however, they got leaked closer to 1300. At the point, I had the call spread in place and was waiting to put on the puts. At first, the earnings were unconfirmed and I wasn't sure what to do. Most of the numbers weren't impressive. I had maybe a minute or two to make a decision and I didn't do anything. And they halted the stock. The stock opened close to 40 and my stops got hit.
I'm mad that I didn't do something-- sell the stock, buy a put, something. I didn't anticipate the stock being halted. I should have. In the future, I should start putting up my spreads an hour or two before the day's end to protect myself from such shenanigans. Felt I got robbed today.
