i had been dealing with the "mentally beat up from prior day/week/month" for a while. If you have any tips besides sizing down, slowing down, and being more selective please let me know.

I think one of the biggest things that causes the deflation in confidence is the wiliness to be wrong. One thing I've tried to do is take a chart and write down the first thing that comes to mind regarding direction of that chart. then right out 3 reason why the play would move in the opposite direction of what your bias is. all prior to trading it
