playbookMy No.1 pick to watch for the day. Enough short float for a squeeze, blowout earnings (revenue, margins, turnover, EPS...all beating estimated), low float, niche market. That's the stuff fund managers like to see. Support at 60$, resistance 65$/67.50$. Currently trading at 64.30$ premarket. Lots of air above 67.50 until 73ish.
Stop: 63.50
R: -2.5
Hm, I'm really not pleased about this trade. Location was ugly, but the stock acted strong on those news first, so I tried to anticipate the HOD break. Also, there were 80,000 shares sitting on 63.50 and another dude hit it with a 50,000 share block. It never went offer and traded back up to 63.80$. Then the .50 bids dropped and they totally pulled the rug. No way to click out at my stop price.
I waited a second to check if there is a bounce off of the support, but ended up "just getting out"
This trade happened early and set the tone for the rest of the day. Pretty ugly.
